   Composite Cowlings from Selkirk Aviation

Upper Cowling

Cowl flap assembly complete with hinges and brackets. Ready to bolt on. Package price: $1,600. Made of carbon fiber. Fore Cessna 180 years 1953 to 1959.

Pictured at right is Selkirk Aviation's Upper Cowling, shown finished with primer. It fits categories 1, 2 and 3 aircraft (see chart below.) Note smaller inspection doors.

Note:
There is no significant weight difference in the composite cowling and the original Cessna metal cowling.

The cowling and individual parts come with STC paperwork.

All parts can be sold individually or as a kit. Most, but not all, individual parts will replace existing factory parts.

The cowling is ready to bolt on. We supply camlocs to attach upper to lower cowling. The customer supplies hardware to attach cowling to the aircraft. These individual parts below can be used with the metal factory Cessna cowling.
